TRIP DEPOSIT TERMS AND CONDITIONS A deposit is only refundable if the trip is cancelled by the Captain or if the customer cancels at least 14 days prior to the trip date. If the trip is cancelled within the 14 day period prior to the trip, the deposit is non-refundable. If the trip is rescheduled within the 14 day period, the customer forfiets half the deposit and the other half will be applied to the trip full or half day charge. If the deposit if made via PayPal, a service charge of 5% will apply to the refund if granted.
